Visa Application Process for Ukraine
Visa Application Form
The visa application form must be filled out online and then printed.
Documents to be Submitted
Signed Visa Application Form : The completed and signed visa application form.
Valid Passport/Travel Document : The applicant must submit their original valid passport or travel document.
Applicant’s Photo :A passport-sized photo (35mm x 45mm).
Passport Photocopies : Two photocopies of the passport, along with copies of any previous visas for Ukraine, USA, UK, Schengen, or Australia.
Residence Documents : Valid residence permits or equivalent documents if the applicant resides in a country different from their nationality/citizenship.
Travel Medical Insurance : Proof of valid travel or medical insurance covering the entire stay in Ukraine, with a minimum coverage of €30,000 (or equivalent). Both the original insurance policy and a photocopy must be submitted.
Proof of Financial Means :
Original proof of sufficient funds to cover the costs of the stay. This may include:
Original updated bank statements from the last three months, with an official bank stamp and signature (minimum balance of USD 2,500).
Cash in Ukrainian Hryvnia or another convertible currency.
Bank cards along with current or savings account balance statements (cards must be usable in Ukraine).
Hotel/accommodation booking.
A letter from the applicant’s employer or sponsor confirming coverage of the applicant’s expenses in Ukraine.
A return/transit ticket.
A duly notarized sponsorship letter with original stamp and signature.
Invitation Letter from a Ukrainian Entity
The applicant must submit both the original and a copy of an invitation letter in the Ukrainian language, from an entity, company, or organization registered in Ukraine.
The invitation letter must be on official letterhead and include the following details:
Entity/company/organization’s number from Ukraine’s Unified State Registry of Legal Entities.
Registration number, date, and signature.
Full name of the invited person, along with details about their birth, nationality, passport, residence, purpose of visit, duration, number of entries, and place of stay.
The legal entity’s obligations regarding costs for the applicant’s stay and/or departure from Ukraine.
Travel dates must be mentioned.
Additional Documents
The invitation letter should be supported by an original and a copy of the Ukrainian Government-issued company registration certificate.
Additional documents may be requested by Ukraine’s visa officers, such as return flight tickets or other documents confirming the applicant’s circumstances (as determined by the visa officers at the relevant Embassy/Consulate General).

Transit Visa (Type B):
Single, Double: 125 USD
Short Term Visa (Type C):
Single Entry: 145 USD
Double Entry: 190 USD
Multiple Entry (Normal Processing): 125 USD
Multiple Entry (Urgent Processing): 190 USD
Long-Term Visa (Normal Processing): 125 USD
Long-Term Employment Visa (Type D): 190 USD
Important Notes:
The issuance of the visa is at the sole discretion of the visa counselor. HN Travel Assistant will act only as a representative on behalf of the customer.
All application documents must be signed by the customer.
Visa approval or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the visa counselor. The customer will not have the right to claim any compensation from HN Travel Assistant in the case of rejection or delayed approval.
