Processing time starts from the submission of the application. The visa fee is non-refundable, irrespective of the decision.
Passport: Original passport, issued within 10 years
Valid for 6 months beyond your planned departure date
At least 2 blank visa pages
Photographs: Three recent colored passport-sized photographs (35mm x 45mm, no border)
Taken within the last 3 months
Accommodation Proof: Confirmed hotel voucher, cruise confirmation, or invitation letter (with invitee’s ID proof and financial documents if staying with friends/relatives)
Flight Tickets: Confirmed flight reservation (India to Poland and return)
Itinerary: Day-wise itinerary detailing travel plans (A4 size paper or on travel agent's letterhead)
Travel Insurance: Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros (or 50,000 USD), covering the entire stay
Proof of Sufficient Funds: Last 6 months bank statement (attested by a bank official)
If sponsored, provide the sponsor’s bank statement
Income Tax Return (ITR): Last 3 years’ ITR for employed applicants
If sponsored, the sponsor's ITR
Cover Letter: On A4 size paper (from employed applicants) or business letterhead (from self-employed)
Employment Letter: On official letterhead with contact details, position, salary, and approval of absence
No Objection Certificate (NOC): For students, along with a Xerox of the ID card
GST Copy: If self-employed, provide GST registration copy
Leave Letter: From the company, along with Employment ID card
Biometric:
Required for first-time applicants (children under 12 are exempt)
Previously submitted biometric data is valid for 59 months (from November 2, 2015)
Schengen Area: Poland is one of the 27 Schengen countries. If visiting multiple countries, Poland must be the country of maximum stay or the first point of entry.
Additional Documents: You may be required to submit extra documents as per embassy instructions.
Exchange Rate Fluctuations: Visa fees are subject to fluctuation due to currency exchange rates.
Visa Fee: Non-refundable, whether approved or rejected.
