Required Documents

1. Passport

• Valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of entry into China.

• Minimum of 2 blank visa pages.

• No handwritten alterations or amendments on data pages.

• Old passport (if applicable).

2. Photograph

• Two colored passport-size photos.

• Dimensions: 35mm x 45mm (without border).

• Photos must be recent (taken within the last 3 months).

• Full face visible, without headgear, against a plain white background.

3. Accommodation Proof

• Confirmed hotel voucher with all details.

• Recommendation: Book refundable hotel stays in case of visa rejection.

4. Cover Letter

• A covering letter on:

  • A4 Size Paper (if employed).

  • Company Letterhead (if self-employed).

5. ID Proof

• Employee ID and NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the current company, including the address or remote work confirmation.

6. GST Copy : Mandatory for self-employed applicants.

7. Salary Slip : Last 3 months’ salary slips (if employed).
