Required Documents

1. Passport

• Original passport issued within the last 10 years.

• Valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.

• Must contain a minimum of 2 blank visa pages.

2. Photograph

• Two recent colored passport-size photographs.

• Dimensions: 2 inches x 2 inches (without border), white background, semi-matte finish.

3. Accommodation

• Confirmed hotel voucher with full booking details.

4. Flight Ticket

• Confirmed round-trip flight reservation.

5. Proof of Funds

• Last 6 months' bank statement, signed and attested by a bank official.

• Bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week.

6. Itinerary

• A day-wise itinerary of travel plans on plain A4 size paper.

• If booked through a travel agent, the itinerary should be on the letterhead of the Egyptian Tour Operator.

7. Cover Letter

• Covering letter from the applicant:

  • On plain A4 paper (if employed).

  • On business letterhead (if self-employed).

8. NOC (No Objection Certificate)

• Employed: NOC from your company.

• Students/Minors: NOC from school/institute and a copy of the school ID card.

9. Other Documents

• Scanned clear copy of Aadhar card.

• Scanned clear copy of PAN card.

Additional Information

• Processing Time: Indicative and subject to change.

• Visa Fee: Non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

• Host Confirmation: Egyptian host confirmation letter with the hotel name on their official letterhead.

• Business Days: Monday to Friday.

Important Notes

1. All Indian passport holders require a valid visa to enter Egypt.

2. Additional documents may be requested by the embassy or our visa experts to process the visa application.

3. If all required documents are not ready at the time of agent’s visit, additional charges will apply for a second visit.

4. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Egyptian Embassy/Consulate.
